How is the light Woven through All of creation? How is the light Part of the darkness And desolation? Where is the light In all our confusion? When here is the light, The benign consolation.
The message embracing pain is so pervasive All know the terrible tearings of the spirit The injuries inflicted on our invisible selves And it is to the soul conscious of its susceptibility to spiritual scars That the desolation of the cross offers its way of consolation. ~
Everywhere and nowhere ~ The journey is unendingly ~ Difficult and joyful ~ Persevering through darknesses ~ Of desolation Rejoicing ~ At the blue skies of illumination. ~
. The pain we feel allowed to be . Through searing soul strain learning empathy . So do not stifle suffering . Allow the heart its sharp sensation . Through which we know how spirits live . With hurt And heart-break . Sorrow, joy And desolation. .
~ In desolation And when . The desert Burns . Seek spiritual Springs . For which the soul Yearns. ~
. In the desert of pain . You hear the voices . See the visions appear . That will transform your extraordinary life . Into that of a child of God again. .
