To Be Spiritually Transformed

To be spiritually transformed

            you may be plunged into the darkness

.

And not just concerning temporal things

            but also carried afar in this torrent of God

from your sensual and rational soul

.

This supernatural transfiguration

            transports you beyond

your merely natural existence

.

And who shall prevent God

            from doing what he will

.

With the soul that is devoted, detached,

            resigned and resolved?
